588fc is an online sports betting and casino entertainment platform operated for users in Bangladesh and other permitted jurisdictions. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 588fc governing your access to and use of all products, services, features, and content available through the 588fc platform, including but not limited to the sportsbook, live casino, slots, virtual games, and promotional offers.

These Terms & Conditions should be read in conjunction with the 588fc Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into this Agreement by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and any other document published on the 588fc platform, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

588fc reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of any change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically for updates.

To be eligible to register and use a 588fc account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• 2.1 You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which you use the platform.
• 2.2 You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• 2.3 You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is expressly prohibited by law.
• 2.4 You are not a current or former employee, contractor, agent, director, or officer of 588fc, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• 2.5 You are not using the platform in connection with any professional or organised gambling syndicate unless otherwise expressly permitted by 588fc in writing.
• 2.6 You have verified that online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction and you accept full personal responsibility for compliance with applicable local laws.

588fc reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage and to suspend or close any account where eligibility cannot be satisfactorily confirmed. Providing false information during registration, including a false date of birth, constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any pending balances.

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on 588fc. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of this Agreement. 588fc employs automated and manual checks to detect multiple account holders, and any such accounts discovered will be closed with balances forfeited.

• 3.1 You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh.
• 3.2 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. 588fc will never ask for your password via any communication channel.
• 3.3 You must notify 588fc support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. 588fc accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• 3.4 588fc may require identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) at any time, including at account registration, prior to withdrawal, or following unusual account activity. Required documents may include a national identity card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification, as well as proof of address and payment method verification.
• 3.5 Accounts that remain inactive (no login, deposit, or betting activity) for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. 588fc may apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to such accounts after providing reasonable notice to the registered email or mobile number on the account.

588fc supports deposits and withdrawals via a range of local payment methods available to Bangladesh players, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and supported bank transfers via Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and other integrated banking partners. All financial transactions on 588fc are subject to the following terms:

• 4.1 The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification tier. Verified accounts may qualify for higher deposit limits upon request.
• 4.2 All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. 588fc does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit identified as originating from a payment method not belonging to the account holder will be reversed and the account may be suspended pending investigation.
• 4.3 Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible, in accordance with anti-money-laundering (AML) compliance obligations. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• 4.4 Withdrawal requests are subject to identity and payment verification. 588fc aims to process verified withdrawal requests within 1–4 hours for bKash and Nagad. Processing times for bank transfers may extend to 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
• 4.5 588fc does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad) may apply their own service charges, for which 588fc bears no responsibility.
• 4.6 All transactions on 588fc are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). 588fc bears no responsibility for currency conversion losses where a player's source funds are denominated in a different currency.
• 4.7 588fc reserves the right to delay, reverse, or decline any withdrawal request where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, unmet wagering requirements, violation of these Terms & Conditions, or ongoing account verification.

All bets placed on 588fc are subject to the specific betting rules applicable to each sport, market, or casino game type. General rules that apply across all 588fc betting and gaming products are set out below:

• 5.1 Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the 588fc system, it cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the player except where the relevant sport-specific rules or market-specific rules expressly permit it.
• 5.2 588fc reserves the right to void any bet that is placed after an event has concluded or after the relevant market has been suspended, even if the bet was technically accepted by the system due to a data latency issue.
• 5.3 In the event of a technical malfunction, server error, or communication failure during a bet or casino game session, 588fc will investigate the affected round using system logs. Where a fault can be confirmed, the affected round will be voided and the stake returned. 588fc's decision in such matters is final.
• 5.4 Odds and casino game return-to-player (RTP) percentages displayed on the platform are correct at the time of display but may be subject to change. The odds applicable to any accepted bet are those confirmed at the moment the bet is placed and accepted.
• 5.5 588fc operates a maximum payout limit per player per day. Players should consult the current published limits in their account settings. 588fc reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.
• 5.6 The use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets on 588fc is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.

• 6.1 Bonus funds credited to a 588fc account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the specific promotion terms. Standard wagering requirements range from 5x to 30x the bonus amount, depending on the offer type.
• 6.2 Welcome bonuses and first-deposit promotions are available to newly registered accounts only. One welcome bonus per person, per household address, per device, and per payment method is permitted.
• 6.3 588fc reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time, including after a bonus has been credited, where there is evidence of abuse, exploitation, or coordinated misuse of the offer.
• 6.4 Players who are found to be abusing the 588fc bonus system — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated hedging strategies, or systematic exploitation of promotional terms — will have their bonuses forfeited and their accounts suspended or permanently closed.
• 6.5 Free bets credited as promotional rewards must be used within the validity period stated in the relevant promotion. Unused free bets will expire at the end of the stated validity window and cannot be reinstated.

• 7.1 Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account via the account settings panel. Once a deposit limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.
• 7.2 Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session duration alerts that notify them when they have been logged in and active for a specified period of time.
• 7.3 Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary suspension of their account for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days). During a cooling-off period, the account cannot be used to place bets, access the casino, or process deposits.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 588fc platform and constitute material breaches of this Agreement. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, termination, and may result in forfeiture of account balance and reporting to relevant authorities:

• 8.1 Registering more than one account, or registering under a false identity or on behalf of another person.
• 8.2 Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• 8.3 Attempting to exploit technical errors, system glitches, or latency in the platform's odds feeds to gain an unfair advantage.
• 8.4 Colluding with other players, 588fc employees, or third parties to manipulate betting outcomes or casino game results.
• 8.5 Using automated software, betting bots, scrapers, or any non-human interface to interact with the 588fc platform.
• 8.6 Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or insider information exploitation in connection with sports betting markets.
• 8.7 Harassing, threatening, or abusing 588fc staff or other platform users through any communication channel.
• 8.8 Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with any part of the 588fc platform infrastructure, software, or security systems.

All content on the 588fc platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, trade names, graphics, interface design, software, text, data feeds, odds data, and game content — is the intellectual property of 588fc or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• 9.1 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 588fc platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
• 9.2 You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, transmit, scrape, or create derivative works from any 588fc content without the prior written consent of 588fc.
• 9.3 The 588fc brand name, logo, and the "588fc" identifier are trademarks of the 588fc operating entity. Unauthorised use of these marks is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 588fc, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the 588fc platform, including but not limited to:

• 10.1 Loss of winnings, profits, or anticipated savings resulting from technical failures, service interruptions, or system errors.
• 10.2 Loss or corruption of data, including account data or betting history, resulting from technical incidents.
• 10.3 Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate password security.
• 10.4 Any losses arising from your reliance on information, odds, or statistics published on the 588fc platform.
• 10.5 Service unavailability caused by circumstances beyond 588fc's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, natural disasters, government actions, or force majeure events.

588fc's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

588fc collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By registering on 588fc, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

• 11.1 588fc uses 256-bit SSL encryption on all data transmitted between your device and 588fc servers. Passwords are stored using industry-standard cryptographic hashing and are never stored or transmitted in plain text.
• 11.2 588fc may share your personal data with third-party identity verification providers, payment processors, and fraud prevention services as necessary to operate the platform and comply with legal obligations. 588fc does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• 11.3 You have the right to request access to the personal data held about you by 588fc, and to request correction of any inaccurate data. Such requests should be directed to the support contact provided in Section 15.

588fc reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• 12.1 Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• 12.2 Failure to complete identity verification within the timeframe requested by 588fc.
• 12.3 Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• 12.4 Receipt of a valid legal order, regulatory instruction, or court ruling requiring suspension or closure of the account.
• 12.5 Self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder or by a verified third party acting on their behalf.

Where an account is closed due to a breach by the player, 588fc reserves the right to withhold any remaining account balance pending investigation. Where an account is closed at the player's own request and no breach has occurred, any verified balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method after completing applicable withdrawal verification procedures.

588fc reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 588fc will provide reasonable notice via the registered email address or mobile number associated with your account, or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform.

• 13.1 Amendments take effect at the time they are published on the 588fc platform, unless a specific future effective date is stated.
• 13.2 Your continued use of the 588fc platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
• 13.3 If you do not agree to the revised Terms & Conditions, you must stop using the platform and request account closure before the amendment's effective date.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operating jurisdiction of 588fc. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of Bangladesh.

• 14.1 In the event of any dispute between you and 588fc, you should first contact 588fc customer support to attempt resolution informally. 588fc aims to respond to all formal dispute submissions within 5 business days.
• 14.2 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before initiating any formal legal proceedings.
• 14.3 588fc's decision regarding the outcome of any bet, casino game round, promotional dispute, or account matter is final, subject only to demonstrable technical error confirmed by system logs.
